How to redeem Al Rajhi Mokafa'a points?

Step 1. Add your favorite products to your Shopping Bag.

Step 2. Click on your Shopping Bag and choose 'Secure Checkout' if you finished shopping 

or choose 'View & Edit Bag' if you would like to review or edit your Shopping Bag, then click on 'Secure Checkout'.

Step 3. On the Shipping address page, specify your shipping address and click on 'Continue to Review & Payment'.

Step 4. On the payment page click on 'Use Al Rajhi Mokafa'a points' button.

Step 5. Enter your Phone number or Account number and then click on 'Send Code'.

Step 6. Enter the OTP sent to you in the first field and in the next field enter the amount you would like to redeem in SAR and click on 'Submit OTP'.

Step 7. Done! the amount you entered will be deducted from your order total.
Note: if the redeemed points don't cover the total order value, then you will need to choose another payment method to pay the rest of your order.
